We recently came in to have a setting made for a loose diamond. Within 10 minutes of us being there Vicki had a setting style picked out to show us and it matched my vision perfectly. Even better, it was ready within a week or so. I thought this would be a long, drawn out-custom process, and was so impressed with the timing, her expertise, and the pricing. My ring is so much more beautiful than I could have imagined, and I will be coming back for earrings next!

Jeweler was very helpful by helping me decide the perfect ring for my fiancé. She provided enough knowledge for what options were optimal and within my price range. The price was also very reasonable. Overall a very professional and easy experience.

Trust me folks, you owe it to yourself to stop in and visit Vianna Jewelers! I'm so used to shopping at the big box stores where I walk in and service seems to be a forgotten skill. Most corporate jewelry stores have pushy teenagers who don't really know the industry and make it seem like they want you to hurry up and find what you want so they can go on to the next customer. That was absolutely not the case during my visit today at Vianna Jewelers!

Bye husband and I visited VIANNA jewelers Monday 12/22/25. The staff was excellent, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The took the time with me to find a Comfortable size for the rings.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this jewelry store and their repair service. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Every visit, I’m greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They recently repaired my bracelet, and the craftsmanship was absolutely perfect, just like the beautiful job they did on my necklace in the past. It’s rare to find a place you can trust so completely, but I always feel confident leaving my jewelry in their hands. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they go above and beyond to make sure every detail is just right. I’m incredibly grateful for their skill, honesty, and dedication.

I have recently discovered Vianna Jewelers and I couldn't be happier. I had several pieces of jewelry repaired and I was impressed with the quality of her work. Vickie is extremely talented and very efficient and timely in her repairs. I highly recommend her and her very friendly and informative staff. Mike and the girls were very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for a fair price with a high-end result for services rendered, this is the place to go. She repaired some pieces that belonged to my late mother and husband, and they were handled with the utmost care. Vickie's creativity was not only impressive, but her craftsmanship was top of the line. She also created a pendant for me, using stones to represent me and my late husband. It was perfect!!! She was even kind enough to give me a hug, when I became emotional. Best jeweler, best person!!!

Vicki custom designed a ring for my daughter with family gems. She was wonderful to work with. Mike and all the staff are all easy to work with. This was a return visit for us as she had previously designed a beautiful necklace for us as well as sold us a pair of loop earrings. We won’t go anywhere else!
